Diana Salier is a Los Angeles-based composer, guitarist and songwriter. Prior to scoring film/TV and commercial content, she spent several years working with bands in LA, New York, Portland and San Francisco. Her recent scores include Try Harder! which premiered in competition at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival, and Since You Arrived, My Heart Stopped Belonging To Me (AFI Docs; New Yorker Documentary).  

Previous credits include Visitor’s Day, 5 Blocks and Seasons 1 and 2 of The F Word (Nominee, Breakthrough Series – IDA Awards, Gotham Awards). As resident composer at Slow Clap, she scored Microsoft/Github’s Building The Future campaign, which earned recognition from the 2019 Muse Awards, Hermes Creative Awards and Telly Awards.

Diana records and performs with LA band The Black Heartthrobs, and is set to release Beach Games, her first album under the alias Mariner, in 2021.
